Recipes

(gluten­free & vegan)

200 g dairy-free marga­ri­ne
1 dl sugar
4 dl buckw­heat flour
1 tsp baking powder
8 dl lingon­ber­ries or blueber­ries
½ dl potato starch
¾ dl sugar

Whisk sugar and soft marga­ri­ne until fluffy, then add flour. Press a little over half of the dough into a greased pie tin (Ø 22–24 cm). Mix berries with potato starch and sugar, spread on top of the base. Roll out the remai­ning dough into a lid to cover the berries. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Let cool, cut into slices, and enjoy with oat ice cream.
